
Made my own Keropok Lekor ;)Added some veggie as experiment..
dare to try :)
1 1/2 cup minced fish meat(i used sardine)
1 1/2 cup sago flour
enough iced water
salt to taste
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated pumpkin
grounded black papper
*enough water to boil
-boil water
-mix minced fish meat,salt,veggies,stir well.Add sago flour.stir
-Add in iced water stir til u get soft dough
-divide to any size u want
-roll into cylindrical shape.
-drop the keropok lekor into the boiling water.wait for it to float and remove from pan.let it cool
-heat enough oil for deep fry
-fry til golden brown
