Kuih Tiram K fida



1st td jenguk blog k fida nampak kuih ni..smlm lg k fida kata nak buat.apa lagi terus kedapur sebab brg sumer dah ada..hehe best la..tq yer share resipi..

500 gm tepung gandum
1 biji telur
2 sudu margerin
sedikit garam
160ml air (lebih kurang)
Bahan lain:

6 sudu tepung jagung
6 sudu minyak masak

-Satukan tepung, margerin, telur & garam, gaul hingga rata semua nyer hinga jadi mc bread crumb.
-Masukkan air Jangan masuk semua, takut terlembik. (tapi kalau terlembik boleh tambah tepung, ye tak?) hehheehe. Uli doh sehingga kita dapat doh yang licin.
-Sediakan bancuhan tepung jagung dengan minyak. Satukan kedua dua bahan ini & kacau sehingga mendapat bancuhan seperti gam. (Jangan pekat sangat & jangan cair sangat).
-Doh tadi dibahagi 2 (supaya senang kita nak kerja kan dia..kalau tak nanti..besar sangat la pulakk) hehhehe.Setiap satu doh..kita canai nipis seperti nak buat karipap (of course kita akan dapat canai yang besar & lebar) :)
-Sapukan bancuhan tepung jagung tadi keseluruh permukaan tepung.
-Kemudian gulung memanjang. Jika mahukan lapisan yang banyak buat 2 kali proses ini..ataupun terus ke step 7.
-Kemudian potong kecil2 seperti dalam gambar. Potong lebih kurang sebesar ibu jari.
-Gelek seperti dalam gambar, kemudian goreng dengan minyak yang banyak sehingga kekuningan.
-Sira dengan gula halus. Simpan dalam botol kedap udara.

-kerja saya jadi lebih mudah dgn bantuan dari miss noodle maker saya tu..senang nak menggelek bagi nipis

Gara2 tgk Narnia last time hari2 dok teringat nak buat candy ni.nmpk sedap je masa budak tu bite hehehe..so surf net cari resipi.jumpa dan bahannya pun mudah je..yg biasa ada di rumah.Tapi dok berperang gak nak buat tu psl takut manis sgt+pikir nak kacau sampai 1 jam+step nak cuci piuk(hehehe)tapi dek kerana racun yg disuntik oleh nanee tu amatlah berkesan..smlm projek pun berjalan..result?mmg best la candy ni..x la manis sgt psl rasa lemon tu.tp mmg xleh mkn byk ler..kalo dpt 1 bite tu pun dah ok..dari yg aku dok search tu ada yg dia boh dlm chocolate ala2 filling gitu.yg biasanya cuma bersalut dgn gula icing.skang ni tunggu rajin sikit nak coat dgn milk chocolate...

Ingredients
4 cups sugar
4 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/4 cups cornstarch
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 tablespoons rosewater
red food coloring (optional)
1 cup confectioners sugar

Step 1:
Oil a 9-inch square pan. Line with plastic wrap and oil the plastic wrap.

Step 2:
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, 1 1/2 cups of the water, and the lemon juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture boils. Reduce the heat and simmer gently, without stirring, until the mixture reaches the soft-ball stage (240°F on a candy thermometer). Remove the pan from the heat.

Step 3:
In a second large heavy saucepan over medium heat, stir together 1 cup cornstarch and the cream of tartar. Gradually stir in the remaining 3 cups of water until no lumps remain. Stir constantly, until the mixture boils and is a thick, gluey paste.

Step 4:
Slowly pour the hot sugar, water, and lemon juice syrup into the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring often to prevent sticking, for about 1 hour, or until the mixture has become a pale golden color.

Step 5:
Stir in the rosewater and tint as desired with food coloring. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Cool to room temperature and let stand, uncovered, overnight to set.

Step 6:
Sift the confectioners sugar and the remaining 1/4 cup cornstarch onto a large cutting board. Turn the Turkish delight out and cut into 1-inch squares with an oiled knife. Roll pieces in the sugar mixture to coat well. Store in an airtight container with sheets of waxed paper, dusted with the sugar mixture, separating every layer.
