Chocolate Muffins




made this for kids breakfast..

100g cooking chocolate-chopped
80g butter
2 eggs (L)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour }
1 1/2 tsp baking powder }
1/2 tsp baking soda }sifted together
1/4 cup cocoa powder}
pinch of salt }
150ml chocolate milk
vanilla essence
50g chocolate chips

-preheat oven to 230c
-mix sifted ingredient with sugar in a bowl.stir in the chocolate chips.
-melt the chocolate(double boil@microwave)
-add butter,chocolate milk,eggs and vanilla.mix well
-stir the wet ingredient into the dry just until combined.
-pour into muffin cups to about 60%-70% full.
-decrease the oven temperature to 180c-200c.
-bake about 15-20mins

breakfast time! 2in 1


selalunya bila sediakan pancake saya akan ambil sebahagian utk buat waffle kegemaran daniel..senang kerja saya! ;)
kali ini cuba resipi yg diambil dari blog Catlina.resipi asal dari MyR tapi ssh ckit nak masuk sana..thks pd tuan punya resipi dan Catlina :)
sedap dan lembut.

Pancake
6 sudu besar butter ~ dicairkan
2 bj telur
2 1/2 cawan tepung naik sendiri-pakai tepung biasa dan tambahkan 1 st baking soda
2 sudu teh baking powder
2 sudu besar gula castor
2 cawan susu segar
2 sudu besar jus lemon ~ optional
secubit garam

1.Campurkan kesemua bahan dan blend hingga sebati.
2.Biarkan sebentar dlm 10 minit.
3.Masak pancake spt biasa hingga habis.
4.Hidangkan panas2.

Chicken chop



utk ayam

1 ekor ayam sederhana-potong 6,cuci buang kulit@boleh gunakan bahagian peha sahaja jika suka
halia-sebesar ibu jari-parut
3 ulas bawang putih-parut
1 sb lada hitam-tumbuk@serbuk cili
perahan 1/2 biji lemon
1 st garam
1 biji telur+2 sb susu segar
2 sb sos tiram
breadcrumbs secukupnya
-satukan semua bahan kecuali ayam dan breadcrumbs.kacau rata.gaulkan hingga serata.perapkan dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 1/2 jam
-panaskan minyak utk deep fry.keluarkan ayam golekkan rata2 dlm breadcrumbs.goreng dgn api sederhana hingga masak

-utk sos lada hitam
2 ulas bawang putih-parut
1 bawang besar-dadu kecil
500ml stok ayam(boleh disediakan dgn mencampurkan 1/2 kiub ayam dgn 500ml air panas)
3 sb butter
3 sb tepung gandum
1 sb lada hitam-tumbuk
sos cili-ikut suka
kicap pekat manis-secukup rasa

-panaskan butter dlm pot.tumiskan bawang dan bawang putih hingga wangi.masukkan tepung.kacau rata.masukkan stok ayam.kacau.biar mendidih.
-masukkan sos dan kicap serta lada hitam.kacau rata.tambah garam jika perlu..biar didih.tutup api
-sedia utk dihidang

utk kentang
-4 biji kentang-potong wedges
-garam dan lada hitam tumbuk secukupnya
-1 sb olive oil
-1 labu bawang putih-potong hujungnya sahaja

-satukan semua bahan.bakar suhu 200c selama 25-30min dlm oven yg dipanaskan dahulu.

saya sajikan ayam dgn kentang dan juga salad sayur dgn thousand island dressing..



Apam Balik



selalu gunakan resipi apam balik yg diambil dr mamafami fotopages..thks mama ;)

minta izin c&p kat sini utk rujukan sendiri..
2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon yellow coloring

For garnishing :

1 cup fried ground nuts ~ roughly blended
1 cup castor sugar
1 can sweet corn cream style

Method :

1. In a blender, place the egg and sugar to liquidise for 1 or 2 minutes.
2. Add water, baking powder and yellow coloring. Liquidise for another 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Add self raising flour, litte at a time and on the blender. This step is to avoid the batter to be lumpy.
4. Repeat Step 3 till the flour is finished.
5. Heat a flat pan and grease with a bit of oil. When hot, pour in a ladle-full of batter onto the pan. Cover the pan.
6. When the pancake is almost cooked, sprinkle with sugar, groundnuts and sweet corn. Cover the pan
7. When the pancake is golden brown, remove from the pan and fold into half.
8. Ready to serve.

Note :
1. If you don't have self-raising flour, you can substitute with plain flour mixed with 1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate.
2. If you're using a non stick pan, you don't have to grease the pan.
