1 cup black coffee-no sugar
lunch:
1/2 chicken breast(marinated with lime juice+salt n black pepper)-pan fried
dressing(lime juice+salt+ 1/2 red chilli)
1/2 tomato
sliced cucumber
snacks if i need:
sliced cheese
dinner:
maybe spinach soup ;)
