minta izin c&p kat sini utk rujukan sendiri..
2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon yellow coloring
For garnishing :
1 cup fried ground nuts ~ roughly blended
1 cup castor sugar
1 can sweet corn cream style
Method :
1. In a blender, place the egg and sugar to liquidise for 1 or 2 minutes.
2. Add water, baking powder and yellow coloring. Liquidise for another 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Add self raising flour, litte at a time and on the blender. This step is to avoid the batter to be lumpy.
4. Repeat Step 3 till the flour is finished.
5. Heat a flat pan and grease with a bit of oil. When hot, pour in a ladle-full of batter onto the pan. Cover the pan.
6. When the pancake is almost cooked, sprinkle with sugar, groundnuts and sweet corn. Cover the pan
7. When the pancake is golden brown, remove from the pan and fold into half.
8. Ready to serve.
Note :
1. If you don't have self-raising flour, you can substitute with plain flour mixed with 1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate.
2. If you're using a non stick pan, you don't have to grease the pan.
